Reading the numbers
What does Snapbum Pro include?
Pro has 0% platform commission for €29.99 a month. On Free you pay no subscription and 4% on tickets sold.
When does Pro pay off?
When the Free commission on your monthly tickets is higher than Pro's monthly price. The calculator shows that number of tickets using your own figures.
Is Stripe's processing fee always the same?
No. Stripe charges a percentage plus a fixed amount on each payment, and it depends on the card — for example 1.5% + €0.25 for standard EEA cards. It's a Stripe fee, not a Snapbum charge, so it's shown separately as an estimate.
Which costs are included in “your cost”?
The platform commission (Free) or the subscription (Pro). Stripe's processing fee is shown separately and isn't added to it.
Are these final prices or estimates?
Estimates based on your figures and published rates. Taxes, refunds, currency conversion and other event costs aren't included.
