Creating an organizer account costs nothing, and joining events is free for attendees.

Yes. On Snapbum you can create unlimited events for free from your organizer account on the Snapbum dashboard.

Anyone. Create an account on the Snapbum dashboard and publish your event by following the creation steps.

To join and take part in events, use the Snapbum app for iPhone or Android. Organizers can also manage their events from the web dashboard and link it to their app account.

Yes. When you create the event you can choose whether it's public or private.

Each event has its own page. Share its link anywhere: social media, messaging apps or your website.

Yes. The organizer dashboard shows analytics for your events, such as attendees and activity.

In the event search you can filter by text, category, city, dates and price. What you see depends on what organizers publish at any given time.

On the Snapbum dashboard, open your event and go to "Tickets". To sell tickets on Snapbum you need to connect your Stripe account and complete its verification. If you already sell elsewhere, you can also add that provider's purchase link.

Yes. Once your Stripe account is connected and verified, people buy on the event page and pay securely by card. You can offer Snapbum tickets and a link to another ticketing provider at the same time.

Yes. You can publish events without paid tickets; commissions only apply to paid tickets.

On Snapbum Free, a 4% platform commission on tickets sold, with no subscription. On Snapbum Pro, 0% platform commission for €29.99 a month.

It's what Stripe charges to process each card payment. It depends on the card — for example 1.5% + €0.25 for standard European Economic Area cards. It isn't a Snapbum commission.

When the 4% commission on a month of tickets is more than Pro's €29.99. For example, with €20 tickets, from 38 tickets a month. Work it out with your numbers in the cost comparison.
